1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ligamaster ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

Tournament Organizers: Organizers are responsible for creating and managing tournaments, including bracket generation, scheduling, and ensuring fair play. Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Coaches/Managers: Coaches are responsible for registering teams, managing rosters, and ensuring their players adhere to tournament rules.

Referees: Referees are responsible for officiating matches and submitting scores accurately and impartially.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Manipulate tournament results or engage in unfair play
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, logos, and branding, is owned by Ligamaster and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to host and display that content on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost tournament data, scheduling conflicts, or financial losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
